Brand Ambassador

  • What You’ll Do

    • Represent Kappy Co. ™ at local events, markets, pop-ups, and partner retail stores
    • Engage with customers, share our story, and boost brand awareness + sales
    • Assist with event setup and breakdown (team-based)
    • Keep displays stocked, styled, and eye-catching
    • Capture fun social media content and share brand moments
    • Provide feedback and insights to help us grow

    What We’re Looking For

    • Weekend availability (especially Saturdays + Sundays)
    • Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality
    • Excited about community, fashion, art, or lifestyle brands
    • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
    • Access to reliable transportation
    • Retail, sales, events, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!)
    • Must be 18+ with a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Marketing Assistant

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a content calendar for TikTok in alignment with overall brand strategy
    • Film, edit, and post short-form video content showcasing Kappy Co. ™ products, events, and lifestyle
    • Jump on TikTok trends while maintaining brand voice and aesthetic
    • Attend local Kappy Co. ™ events/pop-ups to capture live content
    • Track analytics and report on performance + engagement trends
    • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns
    • Liaise regularly with Social Media Manager to ensure consistent cross-platform messaging

    Requirements:

    • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, transitions, and best practices
    • Comfortable filming and editing content (CapCut, InShot, or native TikTok tools)
    • Self-starter with a creative eye and strong attention to detail
    • Passion for community, lifestyle, and indie brands
    • Based in or around Austin, TX — must be able to attend occasional events for content capture
    • Bonus: Experience with brand social media accounts or influencer marketing
