We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or error is suspected. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Custom Designs

By submitting a logo, image, or phrase for a custom hat or swag item, you confirm that you have the rights to use that design. Kappy Co. ™ is not liable for copyright infringement caused by user-submitted artwork.

Event Bookings

Deposits for private or corporate events are non-refundable once confirmed. Final balances are due prior to the event date unless otherwise stated in your invoice or contract.

Limitation of Liability

Kappy Co. ™ is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
