Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom & Event Orders

For custom hats, embroidered pieces, or event bulk orders, processing times may vary. We’ll confirm production and delivery timelines with you before your order is finalized.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. *Please contact customer service directly for shipping options outside the USA.

Local Pickup & Delivery (Austin, TX and surrounding)

Local pickup may be available for custom orders, event partners or bulk orders by arrangement. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup details. We also offer hat pick up at our retail partners in ATX, email for more info.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Kappy Co.™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please email shop@kappywearhappy.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
