Custom Orders
Because each Kappy Co. ™ piece is made-to-order and often personalized, custom and event items are final sale.
This includes all hats made at events, online custom hats, and embroidered pieces.
Non-Custom Retail Items
We accept returns on non-custom apparel within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To start a return, email shop@kappywearhappy.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive a prepaid label if eligible; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for size or style if stock permits for non-custom retail items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If we made an error or you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll make it right.
